The assessment is executed online and a 50 min. feedback session happens over an online call where you get my feedback regarding your result.
You can analyze whole teams and create team graphs in order to perform detailed analysis.
It is highly recommended to accompany all tests with individual feedback sessions and a team workshop that is based on the idea of using differences for team acceleration and growth.

A 4-hour workshop, where both management and tech staff can learn how they can improve their communication and where the whole team gets their individual and team assessments.
The workshop covers all material from the online communication course and extends it with practical exercises that increase engagement and make this seemingly daunting subject actually fun to learn.
